Why Choose Oak?

Oak is renowned for it's strength and durability and is particularly resistant to insect or fungal damage.

It is this quality that inspired its use since the Middle Ages for use in interior paneling of prestigious buildings such as the debating chamber of the House of Commons in London.

Its grace, warmth and timeless beauty has also inspired its exterior use on barns, cart sheds and manor homes.
